Please note that: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping the bag back to WanderFull will be at your own expense. If you are requesting that we send you a different color you will need to pay the $4.99 shipping for the replacement item sent to you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
